Building Permits
CRC Building Surveying can help to take the stress out of your permit application utilising our years of experience to assist you though the building permit process. All that you need to get started with your building project is your draftsperson or architect prepared plans and we are available for consultation during that process. From there we will advise you of the remaining information required to get your building permit issued. Once your permit is issued we will undertake all of the mandatory building inspections from our in-house building inspectors, ensuring greater continuity throughout the building process. Then when your building works are finished, we will issue you with an occupancy permit or a certificate of final inspection providing peace of mind that your project has been completed with all statutory requirements fulfilled.
