CRC Building Surveying was formally established in 2007, growing from a one man business to now employing five people including two full time building surveyors with over 50 years combined experience in both local government and the private sector, and a full time building inspector with extensive practical and inspecting experience.

Jamie
Jamie is registered as a Building Surveyor with the Victorian Building Authority. He has a Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying in addition a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Eric
Eric has over 35 years Building Surveying experience in both private practice and local government. Eric has expertise in commercial projects and large scale domestic development. He has also completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Performance-Based Building & Fire Codes.
Sarah
Sarah has joined CRC as our full time on staff building inspector. Sarah has extensive knowledge with over 10 years experience in the building industry.
Harvinder
Harvinder has completed a Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying and is currently working his way to becoming a Building Surveyor with the Victorian Building Authority.
Michelle
Michelle has worked as an office administrator within the building surveying industry for over 15 years, and has a vast knowledge of the regulatory and documentation requirements for issuing both building permits and occupancy permits/final certificates.
